Return & Refund Policy

To start the return process, please email us at info@britanniawear.com, and we will guide you on the next steps. Please remember that you are responsible for the package and the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before shipping. Please contact us at info@britanniawear.com and be sure to include your order number. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we will be able to cancel the order (otherwise you will have to follow the standard return policy).
Return/exchange procedure
You may return or exchange your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Before proceeding, please note that the items must meet certain conditions:
- they must not have been worn or washed
- the original labels must still be attached
- and, ideally, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
In other words, you can try the items on, but you cannot wear them for a week and then decide to return them.
If your items are suitable for return or exchange, you can start the procedure by contacting our service specialists at info@britanniawear.com. You will also receive a return label.
Refund
When we receive your return (make sure you use a delivery service with a tracking number, which you send to us), we will check whether your items meet the conditions.
If so, we will inform you by e-mail and refund you within 14 days after sending the confirmation e-mail.
Damaged / defective items
It is possible (although rare) that a part of your order arrives damaged or the item is the wrong size or colour.
Do not panic or get discouraged, we will be happy to help. Take a picture of the problem, have your order number handy and contact us at info@britanniawear.com with a brief explanation of what happened.
We will do our best to rectify the situation, usually by returning the affected items at no extra charge
